Couscous
TIPIAK is selecting only the
best durum wheat for its
Couscous. It is made from
semolina that has been rolled,
steamed, dried and sieved.
« Pre cooked » in this way, the
couscous is light and easily
digested.

Couscous is ideal in salads or
as an accompaniment to any
grilled or roasted meat, fish or
chicken.
Instructions for use :
Dosage : 125 g serves 2 people
To cook : In a frying pan, bring
250 ml of water with 1 tsp salt
to a boil, adding 1 tsp of oil
per serving. Remove from heat
and add 250 g of couscous,
stirring gently. Allow it to sit
for three minutes. Add a pat of
butter and cook on low heat for
3 to 4 minutes, stirring
frequently with a fork.

French Style Couscous with

tomatoes, herbs and olive oil.
Enjoy the savoury mix of

herbs. Simple to prepare, French
style Couscous is the ideal dish
to serve with meat, fish and
vegetables.
Instructions for use :
Dosis : 100 g serves 2
To cook : Place the content of
the sachet into a medium sized
bowl. Pour over 125 ml boiling
water and 1 tsp olive oil. Cover
with clingfilm and leave to
stand for 5 minutes. Separate
the grains with a fork and serve
warm.

Dosis : 100 g serves 2
Place one bag of Greek couscous
into a medium sized bowl. Pour
over 125 ml boiling water. Cover
with clingfilm and place in the
fridge for 5 minutes. Separate
the grains with a fork. Serve
warm as a hot accompaniment OR
allow to cool and make an
exciting salad with your choice
of added ingredients.

Preparation for Tabouleh
Tipiak
couscous is the ideal base for
your own tabouleh. Simply add
your own choice of vegetables
and other ingredients (diced
fruits, olives, anchovies,
raisins, shrimps ... )to the
ready-cooked content.
To give you a head start, Tipiak
has already combined the citrus
taste of lemon, mint and extra
virigin olive oil with golden
durum wheat couscous .
Instructions for use :
Dosis : 1 sachet serves 4 to 6
Pour 1 packet of 200g into a
large bowl and add 250 ml cold
water Cover and leave in a
fridge for 45 minutes. Stir
thoroughly before serving just
as it is and enjoy the natural
taste.
