The globally renowned Robertson Valley, 140km from Cape Town, is known as the valley of wine and roses. It is situated along the Breede River and the Langeberg Mountain Range and is known for cold winters and sunny summers. Although summer temperatures can be high, it has south-easterly winds which have a cooling effect on the vineyards.
This ensures the grapes ripen evenly and in perfect balance. Robertson soils have the highest free limestone content in South Africa which is ideal for winemaking as this drives the important pH structure required for fruit balance.

The winery’s family values are also reflected as it embraces the principles and qualifies as a member of the Biodiversity and Wine Initiative (BWI), where they are committed to preserving the natural fauna and flora and working in harmony with nature for the long term.

Cavino was established in 1958 in Peloponnese, Greece. Apart from holding the distinction of being one of Greece’s top-quality wine exporters — exporting to over 40 countries, Cavino has been awarded by their country for their efforts in promoting native Greek grapes. Their vineyard is in Aegialia, at 800 meters above sea level in the gorge of Kalavrita. We are proud to bring to India their PDO wines as well as wines from Domain Mega Spileo — a very low yielding monastery vineyard dating all the way back to 1550!

As a winner of several “Best Rosé of Show” honors from Robert Parker and James Suckling, Chateau Routas takes pride in bringing you a crisp and refreshing Provence Rosé. The sustainably farmed estate abounds in the agricultural diversity that is key to vine health. Chateau Routas is situated within the “Coteaux Varois en Provence”, a key appellation of the Provence wine region in the far Southeast of France.
