Riscossa pasta maintains the tradition of superb Italian Pasta as it has 13% protein (most other Italian pasta is 12% or lower), good tenacity and gluten index, good color natural, no additives, Non GMO, no colorant, no preservative and is made from 100% durum wheat selected ( superior quality ). Ash content below 0.88%, another Italian pasta has ash content 0.92-0.93%. A serving of pasta from 100 grams dries pasta yields 250 grams after cooking. Country of origin: Italy
